[Hawkular-dev] New and noteworthy in hawkular-parent 21

hawkular-parent 21 brings the following:

* Upgraded maven wildfly plugin to 1.1.0.Alpha3 to fix bug with passing 
system properties (thanks Gary!)
* Define license header style for WSDL files
* Added srcdeps-maven-plugin and its configuration. Now it is possible 
to depend on a git commit of a component as we already do in Agent:

I am about to send PRs to all components repos except for BTM.
