[Hawkular-dev] New and noteworthy in hawkular-parent 21

If any project other than metric fails to build, this might related to 
the Wildfly plugin upgrade.

In Metrics, we use port offsets to avoid conflicts between a locally 
running server, the JAX-RS 2.0 test server and the JAX-RS 1.1 test server.

It seems that "WFMP-12 Run and start goals should attempt to pass 
management client overrides in the start command" is the cause of our 
broken build.
