[Hawkular-dev] moving okhttp library from 2.x to 3.x

Obviously after parent-pom and commons goes green, I'm going to restart all the PR travis builds to make sure they go green before merging anything :p

But I'm more concerned about someone saying, "These changes you made are no good because..." or "I can't use this okhttp3 because..."
