[Hawkular-dev] Ansible playbooks

I took Heiko's and built them out some more - those are the ones you see in hawkular/hawkular-agent. You'll probably fine the playbooks in hawkular/hawkular-agent more fully "baked" (it can discover wildflys and inject agents in them, for example).
