[jboss-dev] AS Beta3 - Release Notes

I'm about to commit MC changes needed for Alexey.
The tests pass locally for me.
Also wanted to test it with my remote build server, but I have some 
problems.
So if Alexey or Scott can confirm that it also works for them.

There are also changes made for this purpose:

But I don't think this will break any code.
And there was only one jboss-structure.xml that I found, which must be 
changed once the MC_beta8 is in.
