Sorry, I forgot about the code freeze. ;-)

It's an important fix (fixes a permit leak
in the connection pool), but it's a relatively
minor occurance. 

There's other parts to these fixes that I haven't ported yet,
(see my other post) since I remembered about the freeze
after that commit.
