[jboss-dev] Injection code & unified metadata

I'm syncing up with this as I have started a
ReferenceMetaDataResolverDeployer that runs during the describe phase to
flesh out any reference type of metadata. For the legacy containers this
is just setting the mappedName. For the injection of references, seems
like the ResourceInjectionTargetMetaData needs to be built up. The
MCDependencyPolicy use of supply/demand is also a problem for non-mc
bean suppliers, so that likely should just change to regular dependencies.
