Instead of just constantly repeating this 3rd item's "controversy",
why don't you rather say what are you gonna do about it?
e.g. how are you gonna help Thomas get past this usage, by making JBossWeb play nicely with OSGi' HttpService or even better, impl OSGi' RFC-66.
