Is there an expectation that the jvmRoute won't be configurable at all in the future? If so, I understand not adding a config option for it to our management API. If not, IMHO forcing people to use a system property to make a common configuration change is poor.

However it gets sets, we should definitely at least expose a read-only attribute for it.
