JBREM-1172 'SSLSocketBuilder should allow keystore and truststore URLs to be "NONE"' allows org.jboss.remoting.security.SSLSocketBuilder to build an unpopulated keystore, but if the keystore password is not set, a NullPointerException is thrown.
