[jboss-rpm] removing dependency on javax.xml.ws.api from the ee module + adding hibernate validator

Hey,

I've attached patches (both for jboss-as and jboss-as-rpm) to remove the dependency in javax.xml.ws.api and add the hibernate validator to the minimal build profile.
Carlo - in case it is problematic to remove this dependency let me know.
