Is there a solution to this problem yet?

I had same problem but from different installation sequence. I installed JBoss IDE for Eclipse 2.0.0.Beta2 and then used Eclipse Update Manager to update WTP and it created second instance of WTP stuff and plugin manager shows errors everywhere.

Please tell if there is solution available to this yet?
