are the the multiple schema references in the wsdl nested or not? In any case I bet this is related to either  https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBWS-2235 https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBWS-2235 or  https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBWS-2254 https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBWS-2254, can you confirm? Those are likely to be fixed in JBossWS 4 and merged to EAP. Given you're using EAP, please get in touch with the customer support too if you didn't yet.
