[jbosside-dev] New "Packages" tooling is in the nightly build (with unit tests)

I played with cvs; and as you can see in jira not with much success.

I'll stop now since I think the errors i bump into now is caused by other
bugs I found.

Let me know when you want me to hit on it again ;)
