[jbosstools-dev] unable to install JBT M3

Smells like network failure resolving dependencies then. Did you start 
from the Eclipse Galileo JEE bundle or the Eclipse SDK? For data in 
China you might get better performance downloading as much as possible 
(JEE) as zips rather than assuming p2 knows how to multi-thread 
downloads across the planet (SDK + galileo or wtp update site).

Even living only 500km from the Eclipse.org servers in Ottawa, I still 
get network timeouts sometimes. Of course that's usually because of 
ibiblio's outdated mirror, but hey.
