[jbosstools-dev] JBoss Tools 3.2.1 / JBDS 4.1 :: CR3 status :: delayed a little, ready for QE by Monday

Seems we fixed all the problems caused by migrating to m2e 1.0 from 
m2eclipse 0.12, but I missed changing all "CR2" naming strings to "CR3" 
so we have a good blue build w/ badly-named installers. As such, I'm 
respinning.
