Thanks to the help of Denis, Denis, Max and the reactivity of Jacoco 
developers, this issue is now fixed in latest Jacoco release.
Son you can now access (again) jacoco.exec files for your component 
build from Jenkins. As a reminder, you should import one of them into 
your IDE using EclEmma plugin, it shows up very interesting things.
