[jbosstools-dev] JBoss Tools Core 4.0.0.Alpha1b bits available for QE testing

Well, it seems pretty accurate in terms of being up to date on commits, 
but yeah, it's not ready for use in job interlinkages and change 
tracking. ... As I have learned. :)
