[jbosstools-dev] Red Builds, Yellow Builds & Test Failures (getting ready for Code Freeze TOMORROW)

I suggested a different patch that ensures that GlobalUsageSettingsTest 
is restoring the usage enablement after each test (the test is 
modyfining it).

filed a PR at https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-base/pull/76
