Alpha5-SNAPSHOT target platform now available.

http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/targetplatforms/jbosstoolstarget/4.30.5.Alpha5-SNAPSHOT/REPO/

I've reopened https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBIDE-14420 to track this 
ongoing work.
