[jbosstools-dev] Change in TP 4.32.0.Alpha1-SNAPSHOT, targetting Kepler SR2

Just so you know, there has been a Kepler SR2 RC4a because of a bug in p2:

So I'm currently mirroring this new repo and will come up with an update
