[jbosstools-dev] JBDSIS 8.0.0.Beta1/ JBTIS 4.2.0.Beta1 now live

Great news but this looks wrong.

After installing this I get 
"http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/development/luna/central/integration-stack"
added to the list of updatesites instead of the earlyaccess site.

At no time should the development site get added into our stable stream.

This is why earlyaccess is *separate* from the development/nightly 
updatesites etc. To shield this off.

I haven't checked developer studio yet, but if similar is happening 
there we definitely need to fix that.
