[jbosstools-dev] m2e 1.6.2 RC1 and m2e 1.7.0 M1 are available

Hi,

I re-spun the staged 1.6.2 and 1.7.0 RCs in order to include a fix for [1].
New builds are now 1.6.2.20150819-1555 and 1.7.0.20150819-1552.
