[jbosstools-dev] Suggested change for 4.50.0.Alpha1-SNAPSHOT target-platfrom: Mars M5

Tern has since been removed [1], but we need to add minimal-json back in 
[2].

Finalised Alpha TP should be out today or tomorrow.

As a reminder, code freeze for 9.0.0.Alpha1 is tomorrow!
