      An updated JBTIS TP is available - 4.2.1.Final:

   Note that the IS target platform is now split along release/early-access and community/production lines.
   This avoids exposing non .Final features to the stable capture that appears when performing an 'uncategorized'
   install and isolates community bits during the production build.

   If you are building currently for JDV you should use the 'base' classifier in your POM.  If you're building
   an early-access component (basically everything else) you should use the 'base-ea' classifier.  The 'full'
   and 'full-ea' classifiers are available for community builds that require specific community bits.
