[jbosstools-dev] Fixing in both 4.3.x and master

Should we create specific development versions for 4.3.x/9.0.x streams in
JIRA?
Something like:
- 4.3.1.Beta1
- 9.0.1.Beta1

Then we can use it in fixed issues.

Currently I see only 4.3.1.Final and 9.0.1.GA are available.
