We won't update to Spring IDE 3.8.3 because it's still under 
development. If QE have time to test the latest stable release - Spring 
IDE 3.8.2 properly then we could update it in DevStudio 10.2. But it's 
not critical. It's not solving Cetnral issue in RPM anyway.
