[jbosstools-dev] Upcoming TP & Central updates for 4.5.1.AM3 / 11.1.0.AM3

There are 4 changes coming next week in the 4.71.x and 4.70.x target
platforms as we move to AM3:

a) remove old/dupe Orbit IUs: https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBDS-4542
b) remove e4.ui.importer and naturist plugins:
https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBIDE-25054
c) update to Red Deer 2.0.0.Final (due Sep 20?):
https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBIDE-25007
d) update from Oxygen.1.RC3 to Oxygen.1 (GA is Sep 27):
https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBIDE-24939

If you have any objections to these changes, please comment on the
associated JIRAs as soon as possible.
