[jbosstools-dev] Upcoming TP & Central updates for 4.5.1.AM3 / 11.1.0.AM3

In case you missed it, these changes have been rolled out into the new
target platforms:

* 4.70.3.AM3-SNAPSHOT (Red Deer 2.0.0.Final update) and
* 4.71.0.AM3-SNAPSHOT (Oxygen.1, Red Deer, removal of Orit and e4 stuff).

These are now live and in use in the jobs, including the Fuse Tools on one
the other Jenkins.

If you notice anything is broken, not working, or generally sets your
computer on fire, please don't hesitate to ping me on IRC, MM, JIRA, or
your smoke-signal / semaphore / morse code signaller of choice.
