About new Tycho source-feature plugin and eclipse-update-site packaging:

Issue:
eclipse-update-site packaging ignore source features that are generated by the reactor (https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=371504 ). It seems difficult to fix, and since eclipse-update-site is deprecated, it probably will never be fixed. So we'll have to use eclipse-reposotory, with some underlying issues (see JBIDE-10596 comments).
