[jsr-314-open] Fwd: Additional nominations

Originally, Gary VanMatre was going to represent Apache together with me. I
haven't heard much from him recently, however. Werner Punz has just been
voted in by the MyFaces PMC as another representative (he had write access
to our mailing list before) - and Leonardo Uribe as well as Matthias
Wessendorf should have write access to our mailing list, IMHO.
