[jsr-314-open] getting behind CDI

Not sure about that.
I consider the CDI events part of the "business" layer, and the JSF 
system events "UI" events
(in the larger scheme of things).  Now there was some discussion with 
the 299 EG and the
architecture group of not introducing events in CDI but instead 
including some event
model in JavaEE 6.
