One more thing I added was the ability to list realms and create/delete realms.

Have a look at (ignore AdminAPITest.java):

 https://github.com/keycloak/keycloak/tree/master/testsuite/integration/src/test/java/org/keycloak/testsuite/admin

I added initial tests for realms, apps, oauth clients and users. There's still quite a lot to test. For example updating an application, creating roles, role mappings, role scopes, etc, etc. If you're able to add some more that would be great!

You should be able to run those tests directly from your IDE, or from Maven.
