[keycloak-user] SpringBoot 2 Support and best practices

Hi Kamil,

The Spring Boot 2 work has been merged into master just after Beta1, so it
missed the release but it will be included in the next release.

Regarding SB2 and Spring Security, both will still work together and what
you are doing is not considered as a bad practice.
