SSL Session Reuse

Hi,

Sorry for such a newbie question, however I am following the secure chat
server example and would like to know whether the SSLHander would manage the
SSL session reuse if a client requested it or would I have to handle this
separately? If the SSLHandler does not handle this how would I go about
doing this?
