RichFaces 4.5.0.Beta1 - current status

There's now one remaining RFPL issue which I'll sort tomorrow. I see the last few Jenkins builds have failed on javadoc generation but my local release verification of Beta1 passed fine (and the generated javadoc seems to be ok). Assuming this is not a serious issue I can stage 4.5.0.Beta1 tomorrow.
