Showcase Push JMS sample is disabled by default for all wars

Hey Juraj,

we intend to remove JMS functionality from Showcase at all.

In RF 4.3.4, the demo was disabled:
https://issues.jboss.org/browse/RF-13150

It shouldn't be part of final 5.0 showcase.
