[rules-dev] Guvnor build changes summary

Woot!

I can confirm compiling and packaging from within Eclipse (using m2eclipse)
worked a treat. Great job.

I also ran clean install from the command line without issue against a fresh
source tree.

Are you going to remove the ant script (build.xml)?
