[rules-users] New version of MSMTeam RuleEditor is on SourceForge

I got a verbose stacked-error trying to run on mac,

72] - Access is denied

Could not obtain connection metadata
java.sql.SQLException: Access is denied

basically an permission or missing database error thing, do I need to  
configure any native database to use with?
