[rules-users] Inserting collection of facts in rule Consequence

The RHS is just a block of Java, do what you like.

There is an implicit variable drools available in the RHS that equates
to an instance of KnowledgeHelper.

(This was 4.x - Hundson doesn't show a KnowledgeHelper for 5 so I'm
guessing things have changed).
