[rules-users] Concurrency Issues with JavaDialectConfiguration

   Dave,

   This is strange. We do have concurrency tests but maybe you got a
scenario that we don't. Are you able to isolate and provide a test case for
us to reproduce?

   Also, are you compiling the rules for every request?
