[rules-users] Does drools provide Run time compilation support of java code present in .drl file

Hi,
I want to know , do we need to compile the the project having drl file 
with java code written in it drl file.
Does drools provide Run time compilation support of java code present in 
.drl file? 
Please help me get out of this question.
