[rules-users] With Drools 4.0.x is it necessary to call StatefulSession dispose

   I believe there was a leak in 4.0.1 that was fixed in 4.0.4.
Nevertheless, you should use 4.0.7 that was the latest bug fix release for
Drools 4.
