[rules-users] With Drools 4.0.x is it necessary to call StatefulSession dispose

If a StatefulSession is created with the RuleBase method
newStatefulSession(boolean keepReference) with a value of false is it
necessary to call dispose?

I'm currently working with an application that uses this approach but looks
as if there are possible leaks from Drools. The version of Drools being used
is 4.0.1
