[rules-users] Drools 5.1 M2 or final availability

I am convinced that there's probably a bug in the insertLogical() in 
drools-core on trunk and hope to isolate it the weekend, so it can be 
fixed before the M2 release. Otherwise drools-planner M2 might be borked :/
