[rules-users] Drools Execution Server and Guvnor

Hi Vignesh,
When you want to decouple the rules execution from your local JVM you need
the server.
If you want to run your rules in the same JVM that you application you don't
need it.
When you have a large amount of rules and sessions, you will probably prefer
to use the server in order to decouple your application from the rules
execution for obvious reasons.
