[rules-users] DSL translatio problem for !ucfirst under 5.1.1

IIRC I invented the ! modifiers for the DSLR substitution while Drools was
moving towards 5.2.0.

I'm not sure whether these classes could be used in an earlier context, but
the changes were quite local to the DSL/R context.
