[rules-users] Guvnor5.4 and JBPM5.3 web designer error with IE8

We are working on support for Designer in. It does not work in  IE < 9 
due to no support for SVG in IE. You could try with IE 9 + Chrome Frame, 
however best is to use Firefox or Google Chrome browsers.
