I don't think so.

Your best option might be to look at using a DSL:-

[then]insert a new AccessControlEvent=insert(
SituationManager.createAccessControlEvent( $obs, "Access Control
Detection", Event.THREAT_NO, $location, $sensor))

BTW feel free to raise a JIRA, https://issues.jboss.org/browse/GUVNOR,
requesting this - and being able to call a non-zero argument constructor
too!

Even better, why not contribute a pull request?
