[rules-users] Guvnor example how to access rules in database instead sample.drl file?

Your best option would be to use a change-set.

There is such an example, using the mortgages-sample repository in
/guvnor/guvnor-examples.

You could also use the REST API to retrieve rules, but for now the above
should give you a starting point.
